Performance Chemical Company (PCC) provides support for the Oil and Gas Industry in the Permian Basin. Our customized products and services are valuable to the following areas: Water treatment, Production, Midstream, and Saltwater disposals.
Consisting of over 70 team members, we work in tandem to offer functional solutions to meet your needs, increasing your investment, while reducing operating expenses.
Primarily located in Midland, we offer additional locations in Barnhart, Monahans, Iraan, and in Artesia, NM.
PCC is the result of a 2009 organizational consolidation by founders Jerry and Burl Fuller.

Jerry Fuller and Burl Fuller opened Performance Chemical Company in 2009. Together they bring over 80 years of experience in the chemical industry. Under their leadership, Performance Chemical has developed new ideas, applications and products transforming the way operators think about chemical providers. In 2017, Performance Chemical launched the Permian Basin’s only dry chemistry plant located in Monahans.
