After graduating from LSU in May 2018 with a BS in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Chemistry, Monika moved to Midland to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry. During her first year out of school, she learned the ins and outs of the oilfield while working as a Water Resources Engineer for QEP Energy. Through her work, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in the treating, recycling, and transferring of produced water. Upon joining PCC in June 2019, she has become a valuable asset to the Technical Service Team as the Water Quality Engineer. In her position, she works with the team to conduct field surveys, write technical proposals, perform lab experimentation, and recommend chemical applications.
